Poor craftsmanship

Bought and ordered this controller it's having drift issues with the left stick. Also have to unplug then replug the controller to sink with my Xbox 360. I can still get to work right from time to time but it's not 100% effective. My question is this do you have any other Xbox 360 controllers for sale? I use the Xbox 360 to stay off the greedy internet companies I want to order more things but I lost trust in this first order.
