Sales Tax Collection
Flashback Limited complies with the new Wayfair sales tax ruling made recently by the United States Supreme Court. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Dakota_v._Wayfair,_Inc.
In short, once our business reaches a certain threshold of sales in states who have adopted legislation to tax out of state sellers, we must register and collect sales tax in those states.
If you see sales tax being added to your order, it is because we are required to collect and remit sales tax to your state.
If you are a wholesale customer and wish to purchase for resale, you must provide us with a copy your resale certificate for us to make your purchase exempt from sales tax.
If you make a purchase in a state that we do not collect sales tax in, you are still required by law to remit this tax (called "use tax") to your local taxing authority.
