Shipping policy

READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING A SHIPPING METHOD*

Please be aware we will always ship your order on time.  This means if you order by 1:00PM EST Monday - Friday, or by 10:00AM EST Saturday, we ship the same day.  Orders after this will be shipped the following business day.  We do not ship on Sundays.

ALL transit times are estimates.  No delivery guarantees are available for any service at this time, as all carriers have suspended guarantees.  

REFUSED PACKAGES 

If you refuse a package delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges applied by the carrier.  We recommend contacting us before refusing a package, in the event there is something we can do to assist.  It may cost MORE than the outgoing shipping charge for the return on a refused package.

DOMESTIC

Additionally, the US Postal Service has extended estimated delivery times by several days for all services.  Even with this estimate extension, we are still seeing longer than normal transit times for many USPS Packages. 

Priority Mail 1 Day or 2 Day or 3 Day, are service names only. They are no longer a good estimate for delivery. 

If the USPS is not an option for your country at checkout, it is because the US Postal Service is unable to deliver in your country at this time.  

Finally, if you absolutely need something as quickly as possible, we recommend Fedex.  Their delivery times have been mostly on time for their service name.  It is not guaranteed, but their transit times have been faster than the USPS thus far.

International Shipping - Methods

The US Postal Service has been sending some packages to Europe via Ocean Freight.  This can add upwards of 2-3 weeks of delay to packages ordered by the postal service.  If time is critical, please choose Fedex for international shipments.

International Shipping - Duties and Taxes

Please note that the cost of shipping and handling DOES NOT include any potential taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be due if you are shipping to a destination outside of the USA.

Shipping Method and Times

Flashback Limited ships your product to you via the method you choose.  Be aware that Fedex does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, and orders after our cut off time ship next day.  So a Fedex Overnight order, placed on Thurdsay after 1pm EST, will not ship until Friday, and will be delivered Monday.

 Delivery Estimates

Transit times are estimate only.  Actual shipping times may vary and may be faster or slower than the estimated time.  Generally, the estimate is correct, but from time to time, a shipment may take longer than estimated.  If you need a product urgently, we recommend choosing FedEx as the shipping option.
